What to do on moving day
Take your modem but you must leave the fibre box and its power cable behind.
If fibre has been installed at your new property, and your broadband connection is activated, you're ready to connect your modem. Plug your modem into your fibre box and follow the modem's install instructions to get your broadband up and running.
